Condolence: Dear Judy and Family, We were so sorry to hear about Duane's passing! Our hearts go out to you!!! Duane was a great guy - the real deal! He was always willing to help, always friendly and welcoming, always a great friend to those who knew him!! His love for Judy (and hers for him) was almost tangible! They were best friends and totally devoted to each other! They were a joy to be around! Ron remembers lots of good times growing up and going to school with Duane,and Duane working at the movie theatre. They were always trying to get free snacks or cheaper tickets, but Duane never caved to the pressure!!! Ken very much enjoyed working with Duane at Chevrolet in Le Mars. He said that Duane was so easy to become good friends with, as was Judy! Duane even got Judy to help put on a surprise housewarming party for us! It has been a joy and a blessing to have known Duane, and we will always remember him with a smile! Praying that God give you strength and comfort until you are all together again in heaven! Condolence: Judy & family-I’m sorry to hear Duane has passed away, he was a special person to me when we worked together at Nuebel Chevrolet and then to find out he worked with my son Jacob (at Marcus Lumber) and the respect he gave Jacob was the real Duane I knew and could call a true friend and we have been blessed to have Duane in both of our lives.
