We are so sorry to hear of Allen's passing. Life is so short and we have no idea when it will come to an end. Peg, wishing you and your family our sincere sympathy.

Not only was Allen the rock upon which his family was built, he reached out to serve so many others. He exemplified the Christian life, setting an example that his friends and family will find inspiring throughout their lives. And he did so with that wonderful sense of humor and merriment that was so uniquely "Allen". For the past 12 years, he was there for our family through all our ups and downs. We will be eternally grateful for the love and support that Al and Peg have given to us. We owe them far more than they will ever know. Thank you, Al and Peg and may God bless you and your family.

It has been an honor and priviledge to call Al a friend since we met him and Peg in Naples in 2007. Every so often people come into your life that have a profound significance. Al was one of those special people. Our lives have been blessed richly by knowing this true gentleman. He brought us so much laughter and so many smiles over the years. Foxfire and "Pray & Play" will not be the same without him. Our hearts are heavy at the thought of not seeing him again. But, alas, we will meet again when the Lord calls us home, as well! We will miss you dearly, Al. Prayers of comfort to Peg and the family. We love you all.
