Condolence: Vander Tuig Family: My condolences on the loss of Martha. She was a wonderful lady who always had a smile and kind words. She was one of my Sunday School and catechism teachers I had growing up at St. John's. Over the years, we enjoyed reminiscing about those days and catching up on her family's activities. May you be comforted in knowing she is now with her Saviour.

Condolence: To Martha's Family: So very sorry to hear about Martha's death. Mathilda Johnson, was Loren's mother and she was such a good friend and cousin to Mathilda. I remember once in Ia we gave her a ride to Ne. on our way back to Co. Sympathy to your families.

Condolence: Sharyl, Curt and all the Vander Tuig family, My heart goes out to all of you as you deal with the loss of Martha. She and George were good friends with Mom and Dad (Blanche and Stan Mohning) Whenever I stopped to say hello in Good Sam, Martha reminisced about their trips together to see various singers. Memories are wonderful. Hopefully yours will give you some comfort. As you grieve, may God wrap His loving arms around each of you and give you His peace knowing she is now with Jesus and reunited with George and Steve. “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted” Psalm 34:18

Condolence: Dad and I send our prayers and love as we know she knew Jesus and is in heaven.... we spent quality time with her at Brentwood as she was so kind to us as my Mom went to heaven also last month.-----.the last trumpet will call believers home....soon... so I offer the trumpet now as she always asked and enjoyed the praises of Jesus often as we fellowshipped...sorrow is still with you now...May God comfort

Condolence: The staff and residents at Good Samaritan Society Le Mars were so pleased to share part of life with Martha. She was kind, compassionate and a joy to be around. Thank you for sharing her with us. She will be missed.
