Condolence: I remember working the overnight shift with Vonnie. We had such a great time. She always made me laugh. I loved coming to work knowing I would be working with her. So sorry to hear about the loss of her. God bless you and your family.

Condolence: I worked in the pressroom of the Sentinel from 1972 'til Aug. 1978 when I moved to Colorado. During my time I worked at the Sentinel, I got to know many wonderful people, but none better than Vonnie. I always looked forward to seeing her every day when she came in to get her papers. Great gal...great sense of humor. I've never forgotten her, and I never will. RIP Vonnie.

Sisters are so important to us, and we grieve with you. It was not long after we moved to Le Mars that your father and Vonnie built our attached garage on the 736 3rd St. SE house. It served us well.
