Some of the best memories I have had with my dad is his inventions and mechanical intelligence. I literally can right a novel with all of it! The man could build and fix anything and if he couldn't fix it, it got jerry rigged to work. He would use things up till you couldn't use it anymore, then he would take it apart and use the parts off of it for other things. If you needed it my dad had it, if he didn't have it he would make it out of something. One of the best ones was his "Chopper" mower, he took a self propelled bush mower connected a old kitchen chair to it, put wheels on the chair and bigger tires on the bush mower. You would sit down on the chair grab the controls on the mower which was like hanging onto ape hangers on a bike, and commence mowing down the grove.
I owe allot to my dad, he has taught me allot the past 43 years, with his skills that he shared with me, and him teaching me never to give up, anything can be fixed, always work and work hard, and if you want it, work for it. Thank you dad for everything that you have done!
