Obituary for Mitchell Lee Anderson
Mitchell L. Anderson, 32, of Hinton, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 following a motor vehicle accident in rural Plymouth County, Iowa. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. Bernie Martins will officiate. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Mitchell Lee Anderson was born on January 5, 1988 in Sioux City, Iowa, the son of Darrel and Kelly (Henry) Anderson. He was raised in Hinton, Iowa and graduated from Hinton High School in 2006. Following high school, Mitchell went to work for Todd Tabke Trucking. He drove semi, did farm work and mechanical tasks.
Mitchell had great goals and lots of dreams of traveling. When he wasn’t working, Mitch enjoyed spending time with his family.
He will be greatly missed by his father, Darrel Anderson of Le Mars, Iowa; and a brother and his wife, Dillon and Marie Anderson of Le Mars, Iowa; along with his friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his mother, Kelly in 2014; and several aunts and uncles.
