Condolence: My dear cousins,
Some of my favorite memories of childhood are linked to my Aunt Mary Ann. When we would visit "The Farm" where our grandparents lived the first thing I always wanted to do was go to Uncle Emmett and Aunt Mary Ann's house - even before they had air conditioning! Aunt Mary Ann was in charge! We never got away with anything when we were with her, but she was fun to be around if you were behaving properly. She had a funny laugh. Aunt Mary Ann taught me how to bake cakes. I still use what she taught me and I am amazed at what she could do with flour and sugar. I will always remember her with a laugh and a lot of fondness and love. Sue

Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann and Emmett here in Park Rapids. They quickly became friends. Even after their return to Iowa, if they were here in Park Rapids, they always stopped in to say hi and catch up. Truly two of the nicest people. Condolence: Jean & Jim, sorry for the loss of your wonderful mother, Mary Ann. I have many fond memories playing on the Freking farm. Celebrating that she and Emmett could be together for Christmas once again. Peace & Prayers to you all from the Curry family.
